2008-2009 Preview - What Shows Are Returning and When?

As a first look at the new season, I've consolidated some brief notes on the status of current sci-fi /fantasy shows on the schedule for the 2008-2009 season – which of the current shows are returning in the fall, which are held back for midseason (fans of shows like Battlestar Galactica and Reaper are in for a long wait), and which are gone for good.
