666 Park Ave. (ABC, New)
Sci-Fi/Fantasy on the Broadcast Networks, 2012-2013
ABC

Based on the novel of the same name, 666 has assembled an intriguing cast to develop a premise that will work well both in terms of individual episodes and season-embracing story arcs. ABC seemed willing to add only one new "magical" series to its roster, and from the beginning seemed to hold the advantage among execs over Gotham and its version of Beauty and the Beast.
Airs: Sundays at 10 p.m. Eastern on ABC.
Premiere: Sep. 30.
Official Synopsis: Drama focuses on the ominous address of 666 Park Avenue where the residents of The Drake have made a Faustian contract that comes with a price. An idealistic young Midwest couple Jane Van Veen (Rachael Taylor) and Henry Martin (Dave Annable) become the managers of this historic apartment building where they fall prey to the machinations of Gavin Doran (Terry O'Quinn) and his mysterious wife, Olivia (Vanessa Williams).
Starring: Dave Annable as Henry Martin, Erik Palladino as Tony DeMeo, Helena Mattsson as Alexis Blume, Mercedes Masohn as Louise Leonard, Rachael Taylor as Jane Van Veen, Robert Buckley as Brian Leonard, Samantha Jade Logan as Nona Clark, Terry O'Quinn as Gavin Doran, Vanessa Williams as Olivia Doran.
Creative Team: Created by David Wilcox, previously on staff at Fringe and Life on Mars. Pilot directed by Alex Graves. Based on the novel by Gabriella Pierce. Other producers include Gina Girolamo, Leslie Morgenstein, and Matt Miller.
From: Alloy Entertainment and Warner Bros. Television.
