Created by award-winning writer Russell T Davies, the new season includes a special appearance from the Tenth Doctor (David Tennant), who joins The Sarah Jane Adventures -- not just for a cameo appearance but for a full-blown starring role across two episodes.
Along with her son Luke, and teenagers Rani and Clyde, Sarah Jane returns to 13 Bannerman Road only to find she has more earth-visiting aliens to investigate. These new adventures include an encounter with a lonely telepathic alien, whose powers are out of control, unexplained phenomena in a haunted house, and the return of the Judoon. And, as Sarah Jane enjoys the happiest day of her life, she is joined by two old friends -- her favorite robot dog K-9 and the Doctor.
