A silent film was produced by Adolph Zukor and Daniel Frohman, adapted to the screen by Jessie Braham White from his play Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. The film starred Marguerite Clark reprising her stage role as Snow White, Creighton Hale as Prince Florimond, and Dorothy Cumming as Queen Brangomar. The director was J. Searle Dawley.

The play itself ran from 1912 to 1913 on Broadway for 72 performances, reportedly to good reviews.
