Summary:
Mick's past comes into sharper focus for Beth when the grandson of his World War II buddy is kidnapped. The disappearance forces Mick to deal with some secrets from his troubled life.
Comments:
Beth frees herself of the now celeb-obsessed Buzzwire and starts working for ADA Talbot, just to make it clear that Talbot is supposed to be Mick’s rival for Beth’s attentions. The plot of this episode -- Mick thinks he’s the boy’s grandfather but turns out not to be -- ends up seeming kind of a missed opportunity to play with Mick’s agelessness.
