Whose Mom? Stephanie Powell (Julie Benz).
Why She Looks Familiar: Cybill starred in Moonlighting (1985-89) and the slightly less memorable Cybill (1995-98).
Fun scene: As of this writing, Cybill's appearance hasn't aired yet, so we'll have to wait and see.
