Robert Picardo, a stage, TV, and film actor, is best known for his roles as Doctor Richard on 'China Beach', as the Emergency Medical Hologram on 'Star Trek: Voyager,' and as Richard Woolsey on 'Stargate SG-1' and 'Stargate Atlantis.' Starting with the fifth season Picardo becomes a regular cast member on 'Atlantis' as Woolsey assumes command of the Atlantis expedition.
