Oliver asks detective McKenna on a date; a jewel thief named Dodger hits Starling City and targets someone close to Oliver; a pickpocket named Roy Harper steals Thea's purse; Moira makes a move against Malcolm. Guest Cast: Colton Haynes (Roy Harper) Janina Gavankar (McKenna); James Callis (Dodger); John Barrowman (Malcolm).
  • Beauty and the Beast "Tough Love" 114 (The CW, Thu Feb 21 9 pm). Cat introduces Vincent to Heather. Meanwhile, Evan receives a proposition.
  • Being Human (Syfy) "What's Blood Got to Do With It" 306 (Syfy, Mon Feb 18 9 pm). Sally seeks Donna's help to make things right after she has an accidental encounter with somebody from her past. Elsewhere, Josh finds being responsible for Erin a challenge; and Aidan is haunted by memories of Bishop. Guest Cast: Connor Price (Kenny); Amy Aquino (Donna).
  • Continuum "Time's Up" 106 (Syfy, Mon Feb 18 8 pm). Liber8 decide to rebrand their image; Kiera races to save the CEO of a petrochemical company.
  • Lost Girl "The Kenzi Scale" 306 (Syfy, Mon Feb 18 10 pm). Bo's increasingly erratic behavior concerns her friends, who decide to stage an intervention. Guest Cast: Kristen Holdenreid (Dyson); Chris Collins (Hale).
  • Merlin "The Hollow Queen" 508 (Syfy, Fri Feb 22 10 pm). Merlin ventures far away from Camelot after agreeing to accompany a druid boy on a dangerous mission.

  • The Neighbors "Larry Bird Presents an Oscar-Winning Film by Larry Bird" 117 (ABC, Wed Feb 20 8:30 pm). Max and Dick Butkus go head-to-head in the school spelling bee, a competition that Larry and Reggie--who've become obsessed with winning an Academy Award--think would make a compelling story for a documentary. Guest Cast: Patrick O'Sullivan (Johnny Unitas).
  • Star Wars: The Clone Wars "To Catch a Jedi" 521 (TOON, Sat Feb 23 9:30 am). Ahsoka makes a deal with Asajj Ventress to find answers about who set her up for murder.
  • Supernatural "Man's Best Friend With Benefits" 815 (The CW, Wed Feb 20 9 pm). A cop who practices witchcraft is plagued by nightmares in which he kills innocent people. When the murders actually happen, Sam and Dean are called in to investigate. Guest Cast: Christian Campbell (Kevin); Mishael Morgan (Kevin's Familiar).
  • Touch "Perfect Storm" 204 (Fox, Fri Feb 22 9 pm). Unforeseen developments force Martin to make a decision and form a deal; Lucy goes to the police with new information about Amelia's kidnapping; Avram sees Guillermo in New York.
  • The Vampire Diaries "Stand by Me" 415 (The CW, Thu Feb 21 8 pm). Caroline worries about Elena's state of mind; Damon gives some somber news to Rebekah and is surprised at her reaction; Bonnie reveals the rest of Shane's plan. Guest Cast: Claire Holt (Rebekah); David Alpay (Shane); Torrey DeVitto (Dr. Fell); Charlie Bewley (Vaughn).
