• Alphas "When Push Comes to Shove" 204 (Syfy, Mon Aug 13 10 pm). The team reacts when Nina has an emotional breakdown and embarks on a crime spree.
• Falling Skies "A More Perfect Union" 210 (TNT, Sun Aug 19 9 pm). In the Season 2 finale, the skitters draw nearer to the newly consolidated resistance force. Elsewhere, the 2nd Mass encounter their most perilous threat as Tom discovers game-changing information. Guest Cast: Terry O'Quinn (Arthur Manchester).
• Futurama "Near-Death Wish" 710 (COMEDY, Wed Aug 15 10 pm). The Professor's parents unretire from virtual retirement aboard the Near-Death Star and he's not too thrilled about it.
• Grimm "Bad Teeth" 201 (NBC, Mon Aug 13 10 pm). Nick tries to deal with his mother's unexpected return as the second season begins. Meanwhile, a foreign plot to hunt down Nick comes to light; Rosalee and Monroe attempt to awaken Juliette from her coma; Hank processes some new information; and Capt. Renard works to reconnect with his estranged brother. Guest Cast: Brian Tee (Kimura); Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio (Kelly Burkhardt); James Frain (Eric Renard).
• Lost Girl "Fae-nted Love" 218 (Syfy, Fri Aug 17 10 pm). Trick and Kenzi try to save Bo from the fallout of a steamy night gone wrong; Bo asks Trick uncomfortable questions about her origins. Guest Cast: Richard Howland (Trick).
• Teen Wolf "Master Plan" 212 (MTV, Mon Aug 13 10 pm). Scott races to uncover Gerard's master plan following a shocking death on the lacrosse field. Meanwhile, Derek plots to take Gerard down using his own methods. Guest Cast: J.R. Bourne (Chris Argent).
• True Blood "Sunset" 511 (HBO, Sun Aug 19 9 pm). Sookie probes an ancient family secret with help from a faerie elder; Jessica is an unwilling participant in Bill's ongoing religious conversion; Alcide reconnects with his father; the military uses a video of Russell and Steve Newlin as ammunition; Sam and Luna hitch a ride into the Authority.
