Has the premiere of Syfy's version of Being Human only made you hungry for the original (or, as some less disposed toward the North American redux might say, the real thing)?

Buck up--season 3 of the original series will appear on BBC America starting Feb. 19, giving us the embarrassment-of-riches prospect of new eps of two different flavors of Being Human every week.

BBC America's supernatural series Being Human is back for an eight-week third season premiering as part of the network's Supernatural Saturday themed night on February 19. The new season started airing in the UK on Jan. 23, picking up with Mitchell's vow at the end of season 2 to rescue Annie, who's been taken unwillingly into an unpleasant afterlife. The new season involves a change of locale (including a shift to a new, haunted soundstage!), more werewolves, and the possibility of zombies, just for starters.

Here in the states we last saw the British version late last summer, when BBC America premiered season 2 for us.
