- Heroes "Brother's Keeper" (410). Samuel sets out to fulfill his potential after discovering his dangerous power. Elsewhere, Tracy has trouble controlling her ability; and Sylar and Matt keep up their battle.
- Prisoner "Anvil" (103). Six agrees to spy for Two; 313 fears that her special gift could become problematic; and 11-12's secret is uncovered.
- Prisoner "Darling" (104). Six meets a woman who reminds him of someone from his past life; a natural disaster strikes the Village, leaving its inhabitants mystified; and 147 attempts to get through a tragedy in the family.
- Prisoner "Schizoid" (105). When his evil version targets Two for assassination, Six tries to deep-six the killer; 11-12 ponders some existential questions; and 313 deals with her own inner demons.
- V: The Series "A Bright New Day" (103). Anna receives the first of 100 diplomatic visas issued to the American Visitors; Erica is paired with an alien officer to track down the source of a death threat; Ryan recruits allies to oppose the Visitors.
- Prisoner "Checkmate" (106). In the miniseries finale, Six is given a death sentence; Two struggles to endure a huge personal loss; and the truth behind the Village comes to light.
- FlashForward "Believe" (109). Bryce searches for the woman in his flash-forward; Aaron worries about Tracy's odd behavior; Mark seeks to find out who texted Olivia about his drinking in his vision; Demetri's co-agents try to locate the caller who warned him about his fate.
- Vampire Diaries "The Turning Point" (110). Damon learns some surprising information about the town's founding families, and Elena makes a devastating discovery that adversely affects her relationship with Stefan. Meanwhile, Jeremy resumes a hobby of drawing fantasy creatures that he had abandoned after his parents died.
- Fringe "August" (208). An unusual abduction in Boston reveals information about the Observer and bizarre evidence that Walter, Peter and Astrid must sort out in the lab---in between Walter's constant cravings for a milkshake.
- Supernatural "Abandon All Hope" (510). Sam, Dean and Castiel search for Lucifer (Mark Pellegrino) in order to send him back to Hell. They are aided in their dangerous quest by fellow hunters Bobby, Ellen and Jo. Bobby: Jim Beaver. Ellen: Samantha Ferris. Jo: Alona Tal.
- Ghost Whisperer "Lost In The Shadows" (509). Melinda worries about Aiden when he's befriended by the ghost of a girl who died from leukemia.
- Smallville "Pandora" (909). Lois is kidnapped by Tess and forced to reveal what she learned during the weeks of her disappearance. She witnessed a future with Metropolis controlled by Zod and Clark left without his powers because of the red sun. With this information, Clark makes a big decision about Zod.
- Medium "The Future's So Bright" (609). When an odd sensitivity to light affects her eyes, Allison must don a pair of sunglasses. But the shades bring into view mysterious numbers that might allow her to predict people's life expectancies. Allison also has visions of Joe's dad (Bruce Gray), nudging Joe to turn to a healthier lifestyle. Tom Verica and Mitch Pileggi guest star.
- Stargate Universe "Life" (109). Lt Scott and Camille return to Earth via the communication stones to spend time with those they left behind. On the Destiny, the crew explores new sections of the ship, which yields the discovery of a promising Ancient device.
- Sanctuary "Veritas" (207). Amanda Tapping directs this episode, in which Will tries to defend Magnus from the heads of the Sanctuary Network after they accuse her of committing a shocking murder.
- Legend of the Seeker "Broken" (203). Cara goes on trial for past crimes, and finds her fate in Kahlen's hands.
