To mark the occasion, "Last of the Time Lords," which draws the Doctor (David Tennant) into a final confrontation which his newly reborn arch-enemy the Master (John Simm), is being broadcast with an audio commentary track available for simultaneous streaming from bbcamerica.com.
This commentary track, featuring David Tennant (The Doctor), Freema Agyeman (Martha Jones) and John Barrowman (Captain Jack), was previously only available for download to listeners in the UK. (Audio commentary for this episode is also on the North America season 3 DVD set [EDIT: though not this particular commentary: see comments below], along with other goodies.)
"Last of the Time Lords" (3x13) is a stirring conclusion to a three-episode Master story arc, giving the Doctor's old enemy both the traditional props (an overcomplicated plan, the attempt to use the Doctor's companions against him) and some great new angles, well-played by Simm with manic gusto; plus a fitting goodbye scene for Martha Jones and, just to stir things up, a startling possible revelation about the immortal Jack Harkness's distant future.
The season three finale airs on Saturday, April 19 at 7 pm Eastern on BBC America, followed by an encore episode of Torchwood and then the Torchwood season 2 finale.

Comments
The David/John/Freema commentary was not available to download in the UK - it was only available on the region 2 series 3 DVD boxset. The only official UK downloadable commentary was RTD/Julie G/Phil C and that is also the one that features on the region 1 DVD boxset as the D/J/F commentary could not be cleared for inclusion. Don’t go buying the North American boxset (or indeed the region 4 set either) expecting that track cause it ain’t there.
Thanks for the clarification. My BBC America contact talked about commentary available on the North America DVD in the course of discussing this commentary, but you’re right, this commentary isn;t the one available on the discs. I don’t have this set on hand, but the BBC Warner release for the North America DVD says it includes “Commentary by Freema Agyeman and John Barrowman on ‘Last of the Time Lords.’”
