December Sci-Fi / Fantasy Movies

A number of anticipated and high-profile sci-fi and fantasy films are on screens this holiday season, with I Am Legend and The Water Horse soon to join New Line's much-hyped Golden Compass, which opened this weekend, and still playing Thanksgiving fare like the thoroughly charming Enchanted. A heady mix of big stars and bright-eyed child actors swathed in costly production values should make for an interesting month.
